How long does it take to process an order?

It takes anywhere from 2 to 3 days to process and fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out to you. The shipping time depends on your location, but is estimated to arrive in 5 to 7 business days if you live in the United States; 10-20 days if you live in Canada. 

Where do your orders ship from?

Our main office is in Boston, Mass. but our fulfillment centers are operated nationwide by our shipping partners.

How do I track my order?

My order should have been here by now, where is it?

Before contacting us, please check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address and/or ask your local post office if they have your package. Also, check to see if the package was left at a neighbor’s (this happens all the time!). Otherwise, please get in touch with us at with your order number, and we’ll look into it. 

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please email us at and we’ll see what we can do. 

I received a wrong/damaged item, what do I do?

We process a high volume of orders and mistakes can sometimes happen. Help us help you by emailing within 14 days and attaching a photo of the damaged item along with your order number and any other pertinent details. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the event a wrong or damaged item was received. If that’s the case, please email and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
